We work with individuals on a one-to-one basis to make sense of why things are not working for them, to see the bigger picture and to get back in the 'flow' of life again.
We design custom training for teams and organisations and social groups in creative thinking techniques, team dynamics, communication skills and navigating change.
We also design custom creative thinking tools and learning aids to meet specific creative thinking needs.



Go Flow™

Go Flow™ is like a pit-stop for busy, independent people who are feeling stuck, stumped, or clueless in the face of a personal or business challenge the are facing. It is there for you when you need help finding an answer, and there is no one you are comfortable discussing it with. It's for people who simply want to know "What is my next step?" This is a once-off session that equips you with the skills and confidence to find the creative solutions you need for yourself, by yourself. Go Flow™ will help you to ask the right questions, generate a list of creative solutions, identify your next step, and get going.

 

Beyond Coaching

This one-day workshop was designed for therapists, counsellors, psychologists, personal development trainers, teachers, mentors & coaches. Anyone whose role is to help others solve problems, remove blocks and find solutions through greater self-awareness.

 

 

IndyTeams™

IndyTeams™ was developed as a team development program for a small business owner who needed to resolve issues preventing a shared vision for the future. They were trying to operate with 'white elephant' issues arising from unresolved communication and commitment issues. These issues bred mistrust, tribalism and an 'us & them' mentality. The IndyTeams approach provided a safe environment for issues to be raised and resolved. It built trust and cleared a pathway for the team to start creating a shared vision for the business.

 

Innovation Hub™

The Innovation Hub was a holistic development program for a Fortune 50 financial institution. It was designed to help the organisation grow a self-sustaining network of creative thinkers and innovators. Our bootcamp approach provided a 25% average increase in participant's creativity and innovation skills, as well as significant improvements in communication and conflict resolution skills*. The participants were challenged with leading by example, spreading the Innovation Mindset, in order to build a network of Innovation Agents throughout the organisation.
