Rule 1: Avoid Temptation
When working with someone using the Inner Vision Deck™ it is important to avoid the temptation to interpret on behalf of your client, or to jump in when they are working with the deck. Quite often you will (think that you) know the answer even before they do. This may be the case. It is far more effective for your client however, if they can access the answer through their own awareness.
Rule 2: Keep them talking
Indeed, the answer that they need may be vastly different from what you think it may be. When working with a client using the Inner Vision Deck™, your goal is to keep them talking. Keep your client in the process, as this is how they will get to the answer. If you are going to work with others using the deck, I encourage you to experience being coached through it first.
