"I gained great insight into how I can use the Inner Vision Deck™ personally and professionally. As someone who would spend a lot of time having (often meaningless) conversations in my own head, Personally I now have an outline of an adaptable process where i can have meaningful conversations with myself and with an outcome. This would have to be of the most value for me even to the extent where I am now using the cards to help me get back to my journaling.
 
Professionally, this is a great tool and visual aid for working within a coaching situation and also within a group situation. I can see how this can be used as an Ice-breaker with groups to create discussion and also as a tool to create 'creative' outcomes within a group or individual context. I am looking forward to exploring the different ways I can use it with young people. I am also looking forward to using the deck with my own children.
 
I gained value in observing how powerful questioning is, and for the client to find their own answers. This really hit home for me and reminded me that the client has all the answers within.
