The term “The Creativity Hub” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 73 Rushfield Avenue, Belfast, BT7 3FQ, Northern Ireland. The Creativity Hub is the trading name for Rory O’Connor. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

Online Bookings

Where possible, we will send you a confirmation email for online bookings made on our website. This email will confirm payment, contain a booking reference and information pertinent to your booking.

Online booking for a place on session/course/workshop/talk is final. If a course, you agree to attend the course for its duration.

Payment can be made by any method specified in the Payment section of the relevant webpage.

Fees and Prices

Fees and prices are subject to change without notice. Price at time of booking applies.

Refunds and Cancellations of Sessions/Courses/Workshops/Talks

Any session/course/workshop/talk cancellations must be notified 14 DAYS BEFORE the event. If notified by this time, we will endeavour to transfer or defer your place to another time. Failure to notify us of a cancellation within this time frame will result in no refund / part refund and you will have to book again at full price.

There will be no refund if you fail to attend a session/course/workshop/talk which is fully paid for.

Failure to attend a session/course/workshop/talk that you have booked a place on, but not yet paid for, will result in a request for full payment, which you agree to be liable for.

There will be no partial refunds for missed sessions that are part of a longer course/workshop.

All other cancellation and refund requests are at the discretion of the The Creativity Hub and dependent on individual circumstances.
