About Me

Hi, my name is Rory O'Connor. I have been using and developing creative problem solving, accelerated learning and energetic practices for the past 8 years to help orgnaisations resolve the difficulties they experience on an personal and organisational level. From my experience, these difficulties provide an opportunity for great learning and growth for both the individual and the organisation. My role is to provide a framework that enables the individuals in the organisation to access the resources they need to resolve and transform these diminutives.

I believe in walking my talk. And so, I use creative problem solving to invent and innovate products and services that support the act of creative problem solving and personal development (See the Inner Vision Deck and The Creative Hub for more information.)

I act as a facilitator at all times. Everything I do, you can do. My goal is to transfer these skills so that they can be applied in an orgnaisational and personal context, in a way that is meaningful for both staff and the organisation.

It is especially satisfying when organisations "get it" and realise that the individuals they have working for them are more than just staff - but a unique problem solving resource to draw upon in collectively growing the organisation.

Of the many people I meet, the main comment I receive is "is there anywhere I can go to keep practising this stuff and get support until I become confident?"

I decided to establish the Creativity Hub to meet this need and provide a support network for the many people who are currently struggling to apply creative thinking and innovation processes.

The Creativity Hub is for you if who want creative problem solving to beocme second nature.

The Creativity Hub was also set up to allow people in business to network with like-minded individuals who also value creative thinkingand personal development. An important part of effective networking is developing trust with others. I find that through group creative problem-solving a natural bond is formed that establishes this trust. My vision is that together, we can make the Creativity Hub an example of best practise both in business and the community. With time the groups will not only apply creative problem solving to personal issues, they will collectively start to solve wider issues for their community.
